BREAL Zeta, as lead funder in conjunction with Leumi ABL, is delighted to have supported existing client, EVO Business Supplies (EVO) in the acquisition of Complete Business Solutions Group (CBS) from administration in a move that will secure more than 600 jobs across the UK.
CBS is a £100m multi-revenue stream business, and an additional funding requirement of £11m was approved within a tight deadline to facilitate the acquisition. The transaction underscores BREAL Zeta’s ability to provide flexible and responsive support to its client base, and we are proud of our team who worked tirelessly over a very compressed timescale to deliver this positive outcome with EVO.
